Will's Worst...

Will is accident prone, we have decided. He has been having some bad luck lately and more to come. Just recently we had to take him to the hospital, he had a fever of 41 degrees celcius, a barking cough and a swelling lip. He got over that, but his lip keeps swelling once in a while. 2 days ago I had just finished mowing the lawn and he tripped right onto the lawn mower! It was extremely HOT and he got a 2nd degree burn up his whole arm, from wrist to pit. We rushed him to emergency and they put some cream on his arm and wrapped it up in bandages. Will was so brave, I couldn't believe how well he handled everything. The only time he'd cry was when he'd look over at his arm, and then he'd say "MOM, MY ARM, IT'S SKINNING!!!" The burn was so bad that his skin just melted right off of his poor little arm and was hanging there. Gross. Now he has to go back to the hospital every morning for a week to 10 days to change the dressing and get his arm checked. We also noticed that his gums had started swelling a few days before his burn, so we made him a dentist appointment that he had to go to yesterday. Turns out Will has a gum infection so he was put on antibiotics and the teeth we thought were just crooked are actually extra teeth and suprise suprise, they need to be pulled out. So we have a consult next week with a sleep dentist. And then possibly soon after that Will gets to be knocked out and have his teeth ripped out. Why is this happening?!?!?! At least Will get's to have an "Iverson Arm" now. Here's a couple pictures of Will sleeping right after we got back from the hospital... Pray for Will, he needs it!!!
