"nastics" grad
Yesterday Will and Aubrey graduated from their gymnastics class. They both did so well this year. It was Aubrey's first year and Will's 2nd. They went all out for their last day, flipping and jumping off of almost everything! I raise monkeys.
Aubrey getting her report card.
Will getting his report card, but staring down that candy like it's going to disappear if he takes his eyes off of it.

boredness blog...
OK I am SO bored!! The kids are asleep and I have nothing to do, well scratch that, I DO have things to do, but I don't want to do any of them! So NO THANKS to: laundry, doing dishes and scrubbing boogers off of the walls and windows. Not in the mood. Yesterday was nice enough for us to play outside-ish, I opened the garage and set the kids free in there.
Will had fun.
Aubrey got frustrated.
REALLY frustrated!
Then fell asleep when we went inside, that's what you get for not having a NAP!
And I got bigger! I'm a little shy of 23 weeks now.
Feeling good, feeling great, feeling great, feeling good, how are you?

sneak peek...

ere. IT. is.
Yesterday we had the pleasure of going to check out baby number trois via ultrasound. It was great! The kids got to come in and see their new brother/sister. They thought it was pretty cool that the baby was on t.v.! Sorry we don't have a scanner or a good camera, so this is the best look y'all are going to get.
Also after my ultrasound I had an appointment to see the OB/GYN . While I was waiting I got talking to a lady and her 2 kids, boy and girl, with another baby on the way. She reminded me of me, only just a bit older, her kids must have been 10 and 8, the older being a boy and the younger a girl. Just like our family. Anyways I was saying how I have 2 kids too and then the little girl asked, " Do you know what kind of baby you're having?"
I said , "Nope."
Then she said, "Well you already have a boy and a girl, this next baby could be anything, it could be both a boy and a girl, if you have a he-she."
Her mom and I both looked at each other and BURST out laughing, it was so funny!
I LOVE moments like those, laughing so hard, so incredibly hard. with a complete stranger.
So whatelse... Aubrey has been potty training and doing marvelous. really, she's a pro almost. She also wants to name the new baby, Baby Princess and Will wants to name the baby Frank. Baby Frank Princess Evanson, ummmmm.... it has a nice ring to it.
We're excited for Halloween! Be sure to come and check us out again for looks at Halloween costumes!!

stay on the sunnyside
I don't know why but this week has sucked. I think of all the things we've done and when I list it out in my head to any other person it would sound like a great week, full of fun stuff. But for me. not. why? I guess I can just chalk it up to pregnancy hormones and being followed around by a crying 2 years old for 4 days straight, so what I must do is get over it, and leave it at that. Anyways here are some pictures from this month that have made me smile. Which I need to do, especially after this week.... creek creek crrrrreeeeeeeek (that's the sound of my rusty mouth creeping into a BIG smile!)
The Minute Maid Brigade.
Andrew and the kids have this thing lately where they stack up the cushions and sit on top, here's Ladies' turn. Doesn't she look so proud of herself?!
And yes, she is wearing mittens and pj's.
Another thing that we all seem to enjoy is jumping off of high surfaces.
Look how impressed Will is with Aubrey's leap.
My kids are going to break their legs.

better late then never
This is real late. I've been meaning to put these pictures up, but life happened and I got busy! Just a couple of pictures from Aubrey's birthday. We went to Eastside Mario's and had a little dinner party for Aubs. Apparently the policy there is No Shoes = Service.
WOO HOO Ice Cream!
Will's face rocks my world in this one.
Birthday loves from Daddy.

2
The day has come, Aubrey is 2! Where did those years go?
On this day 2 years ago I was at the hospital pre-registering for my planned c-section that was to take place on October 1. In the morning I woke up and had a couple contractions so I told the nurses at the hospital when I was there, they monitored me and said not to worry and go home. Well by the time I got back home I was in full blown labour and had NOTHING ready for the hospital, Andy was at work and I was trying to get supper ready for Will. So in the midst of bag packing, phoning Andy and dinner we HAD to leave. NOW.
We made it just in time to the hospital and Aubrey Nena Blythe Evanson was born at 11:48pm, weighing in at 6lbs and 18 inches long. She was so tiny and she still is so tiny.
Aubrey is so special. We feel so happy to have a little girl in our family and we love her WAY too much!
This is what we love about Aubba...
If you go into her room at night and she's not asleep, she pretends to be and "snores".
She loves babies, a little too much sometimes, she'll be a good babysitter one day.
We asked her what she wanted for her birthday and she said "oatmeal".
She's just little!
Aubrey has LOTS of personality.
Aubrey is SPUNKY.
Aubrey prays at breakfast time every morning for her food, it's hilarious.
She is a good little sister to Will.
Aubrey LOVES pink. Anything pink she wants it.
Aubrey jumps off everything, counters, couches, chairs...
She gets so grubby at the park, she literally rolls in the gravel.
If you go on a WALK with Aubrey it's more like a RUN. She's fast!

I looked out the window and what did I see? Bellies popping on the Pregnancy Tree?
Hi! I totally am a mom. I always do things for everyone else and never ever stop and do things for myself. Well this post will change it all. Because this post is dedicated to me, myself, Emily. I would just like to say to me ... Happy Belated Birthday! Dear Myself, You are super cool and awesome, and seriously are hot!
I didn't even think to write anything on here about MY day, which was on the 20th of September. I had a great day, it was Sunday so I got to go to church and party with my class full of 12 and 13 year olds. We had fun, we ate a mountain sized pile of chocolate and played 'Mormon-opoly'. Hands down, best class I've ever taught. After church we headed out to Barnwell and had a delicious meal by Dixie and also had birthday cakes! I got 2 cakes, one from Dixie and one from Josh which he made into the shape of a Playstation 3. If any of you know me, you'd know how much I h-a-t-e video games, anyways Josh is only bitter b/c I made Andrew sell his PS3. So he made me a cake in memory of our long gone friend... Anyways the day before my birthday I went shopping and bought that hoodie down there for my present. It's soooo cozy.
I had to buy it big to accommodate for my growing belly. I hate pregnant shopping, what is the point? I can't believe that in a couple weeks I'll already be 4 months, this is going by super fast! Still haven't seen the Doc yet, my first pre-nantal is scheduled for Oct.1

feeling better ... oh wait ... nope
BLUCK. I was doing so well, but today came and it's a gross day. Oh well, there's always tomorrow right?! So we've been having some fun lately. Last weekend we all went to Cornfest. It was Andy's first time off in 4 years! So we had to take advantage. Will rode the rides for the first time in his entire life! He enjoyed most of them except for this super fast whip-lash alligator ride. I don't think he'll be doing that one next year... his favorite was the cars, we're glad he had a good time.
Here's Andy and Will on the Ferris Wheel, we didn't know how he'd like this one, don't be fooled by the wary look. He LOVED it!
The next couple pics are some randoms of our life. Aubrey picked her outfit this day, and she said she wanted "crazy hair". Can you guess her favorite color?
So cute.
The pointy baby. I think I'm about 12 weeks in this one. Haven't gone to see the doc yet and am still waiting for his office to call and set up my first prenatal appointment. How fun... I can't believe I'm almost finished my first trimester, only 2 more to go.
