feeling better ... oh wait ... nope

BLUCK. I was doing so well, but today came and it's a gross day. Oh well, there's always tomorrow right?! So we've been having some fun lately. Last weekend we all went to Cornfest. It was Andy's first time off in 4 years! So we had to take advantage. Will rode the rides for the first time in his entire life! He enjoyed most of them except for this super fast whip-lash alligator ride. I don't think he'll be doing that one next year... his favorite was the cars, we're glad he had a good time.

The pointy baby. I think I'm about 12 weeks in this one. Haven't gone to see the doc yet and am still waiting for his office to call and set up my first prenatal appointment. How fun... I can't believe I'm almost finished my first trimester, only 2 more to go.

Hi. I've been horid at keeping our blog up to date for the last while. We haven't really been going ANYWHERE or doing ANYTHING for the last couple of weeks. Here are some pictures of the kids playing with Playdough. I think it was a total of almost 2 hours of just smuuuuushing, rolling and creating.

....and the reason for all of this non-going places, fun-sucking, is me. PREGGO and feeling GROSS. I think if I took the kids anywhere I'd fall asleep and they'd run away. I'm just over the 2 month mark, thanks to Will for the picture taking. Good angle...

I remember now how much I hate being pregnant, but the end result is always good! Wish me luck!

Las Vegas, NV

We finally went somewhere!! I've been in vacation mode for a week so I have been too LAZY to tell about our fun trip! Andy and I and the rest of Andrew's brothers and sister and parents took a trip to Las Vegas together. We had a blast! I think we stayed just long enough because by the end of it all, I was ready to see the kids. I missed them. I'm such a baby. So these pictures all pretty much speak for themselves. We walked around alot and had alot of fun people watching and eating our faces off at buffets. I think all of the walking we did balanced out for all the eating. SO doing pretty good chunkiness wise...

My favourite part of the entire trip was going to see the Cirque du Soliel show KA. It was INCREDIBLE. Loved it. Loved it. I want to go back and go to a show every night.

OH CANADA!

We had a GREAT Canada Day yesterday!

We went to the Raymond parade in the morning, this is what Aubrey thought of the parade...

and here's what Will thought of the parade! The first float that went by chucked a bunch of candy and of course a saltwater taffy nailed Will right in the eye! Things went downhill from there...

Then that night we packed up and went to watch the fab Taber Fireworks with Tim and Tab, right before they started, a huge storm rolled in and it started to pour! Good thing we had the van, we closed ourselves in there and watched from the coziness of our car.

poopsicles/cookies/baby

Yes, I wrote "poopsicles" only because it makes Will SO very mad when I call them that. I love bugging my kids, it really doesn't get any better. So we've been having a chill time around the nest lately. Inga and Aaron had a a baby boy, well Inga had the baby to be more exact. It's medically impossible for a man to birth a child FYI. Unless you are THIS "GUY". And still it's complicated, I wonder on a scale from 1 to 10 how awkward Oprah felt doing that move...

Anyways.... His name is Cru Gregory Paul Edlund 9lbs 3 oz, 21 inches. I love babies. I want a baby, please send me yours... Aubrey loves Cru so much , when we went to the hospital she wanted to hold him and rub his belly and kiss his face, poor Cru, you are in for a life of kisses, loves and slightly too hard pats from Aubrey. Sorry in advance.

Andy and I are getting really excited for our trip to Las Vegas coming up in 9 days! Yipee!! Oh and yesterday we went to my friend Sandy's wedding! It was awesome, and she looked unbelievably pretty. I, of course brought my camera but didn't take any pictures, IDIOT! A couple days ago my friend Tabitha came to visit me too, she was in the wedding party. I love you TABBY! I always have so much fun with you! and I miss you! Move back to Taber, I beg of you!!!! So this weekend was great, I got to see 2 of my goodest friends and go on a date with Andrew and eat good food. Also Happy Fathers Day to all of the Dad's out there!!!
